Food Allergy Kids of Atlanta is diligent in bringing the local community together to support and advance food allergy research.

Food Allergy Kids of Atlanta is dedicated to ensuring a safer, more educated, & healthier environment in the local area, overall improving the lifestyles of food allergic children and their families.

GOALS: 

- Increase food allergy awareness in local restaurants, creating a safer and more enjoyable
   dining experience for food allergic children and their families.

- Increase food allergy awareness in our local daycares, schools, and community, overall 
   creating  a safer environment for our children.

- Implement a course of action that will initiate the State Georgia, or county school districts,
   to improve its current guidelines and procedures regarding the management of food 
   allergies in schools and daycares.

- Support newly diagnosed or currently managing food allergy families.

- Support, empower, and educate parents who have food allergic children entering,
   or currently enrolled in daycare or school. 
 
- Host allergen-free activities and programs for local food allergic children
 
- Help advance food allergy research, and support other organizations that benefit the
   food allergy community.

- Increase food allergy awareness with local health care providers and school nurses.

- Help provide support to families who may be having difficulty seeking proper medical care
   related to food allergies.

- Create an on-line lending library consisting of  food allergy related books for children  
   and adults.

- Dedicated fundraising events that will benefit national organizations who serve the 
   food allergic community

- Seminars for extended families & siblings of food allergic children 

- Egg-Free Easter Hunt with prizes, games, & photo opportunities with the Easter Bunny

- Allergen-Free Halloween Carnival

- Annual Book Sale
