Club MIssion

(Who are we and what do we do)

We are youth and teens who connect virtually, empowering others to bake and cook safely. We share our tasty treats with the community through online platforms, charitable giving, local events, and bake sales to raise awareness about food allergies in our neighborhoods. We fundraise to support our mission, advance food allergy research, and to support both local community and national organizations

Club VISION AND GOALS

(What we hope to become)

We hope to become a platform where members with food allergies gain the confidence to bake and cook safely, teach others to create inclusive environments, become better advocates in the community, meet new friends, and feel empowered by giving back to local communities.

Club objectives

(How we will reach our vision and goals)

Club members:

- Become empowered advocates about our food allergies
- Gain the confidence to independently bake and cook with food allergies
(label reading, identify safe products, contact manufacturers, understand cross-
  contact, and more)
- Learn safety aspects to consuming and sharing baked goods
- Learn how to passively educate family and friends about food allergies
- Enhance imagination and creative thinking skills when baking and cooking
- Develop new friendships through quality interaction among members
- Develop an interest and a sense of purpose by giving back to the community
while also raising awareness about food allergies
- Identify with an advocacy style that fits personality and goals
