Deadline to RSVP for this event will be Monday, June 4, 2018. Attendees awarded a slot will be notified by Monday, June 18, 2018.

If you wish for your child to attend this special event, please RSVP at your earliest convenience; and be sure to include the name(s) and age(s) of the food allergic participant(s).

Additional requests and sibling participation will be filled upon cancellations, or space available.
All participants should arrive and meet outside of the Governor’s office 10-15 min. before our group’s scheduled time (TBA).

Due to the number of groups visiting the capitol on this day, please allow time for parking and security checks (10-15 min.).
Also, please refrain from using a photo with a flash while in the Governor’s office. Professional photos will be available on the Governor’s website within 24 hrs. after the event and will be available for a minimal charge.

Thank you to Governor Deal for declaring an official proclamation in Georgia that increases the awareness of food allergies.
Food Allergy Awareness Week was founded in 1998 by the Food Allergy & Anaphylaxis Network, now FARE, and was created to shine a spotlight on the seriousness of food allergies and to improve public understanding of this potentially life-threatening medical condition.
