Presented by: Chef Joel Schaefer, CCC, CHT, Allergy Chefs, Inc. Author, Chef & Educator Joel is a certified Chef de Cuisine with the American Culinary Federation and a Certified Hospitality Trainer with the American Hotels & Lodging Association. 

Joel’s experience includes the author of Serving People with Food Allergies: Kitchen Management & Menu Creation, Manager of Product Development & Special Diets for Walt Disney World Resort, research and development chef and culinary instructor.
